Online Banks downloaded tranactions

If you've already changed the option to not automatically accept downloaded
transactions then you're dealing with a known issue. See

I put all of my tranactions in before they clear the bank. When money signs
in it updates my bank tranactions from online. My problem is that it
automatically accepts all the tranactions and never matches them with the
existing tranaction in my account. I have looked and looked and cannot find a
setting that allow's me to match or not automatically accept the tranactions
in my register.
