ye,the problem still occurs.after the upgrade ,the version is 14.0.125.825.but
when i convert it still says "cannot locate the mny or canot open
it,possibly because it is a read-only file or you do not have permission".i
also used "salv.exe" in version 2004 2005 ,they both says "no problem"!

Do you get an error message or what?

There is a significant update to Money 2005 that gets downloaded
when you first do an online update. I am wondering if your
conversion was done before the update was applied, and perhaps
re-converting after the update would solve the problem. Do an
internet update to make sure that the update has been applied.

Then here is what I would do. When Money 2005 converted your file,
it left a copy of the Money 2004 version on your drive as *.m12 .
Copy that file to bodri05.mny. File-> Open bodri05.mny with Money
2005. Money will convert again, and I hope will succeed without
problem. Let us know whether the problem still occurs.

Default File Conversion

I have recently upgraded from Money deluxe 2004 to Money Standard 2005,
however the new version will not convert the old file. Is there any way to
convert it.
