You should be able to right-click into the customized report and
choose AddToFavorites.... At that point you could accept or
change the title as it exists . Click OK.

Thereafter you should see the renamed modified reports under the My
Favorites section of the Reports customized toolbar button (if you
have configured that in. Otherwise, Favorites-> FavoriteReports
should let you choose the modified report.

Click on 'favorite reports' and select 'organize favorites'. You can delete
or rename the reports from that screen.
