Cannot login with Passport

I fixed it. I ended up uninstalling MS Money 2002 and then reinstalled it.
now it logs in.

This is similar to an earlier post regarding Passport. I'm running Money
2002 on WinXP. It seems that ever since I installed XP SP2 on my laptop I
cannot login with Passport. I've tried logging out on IE and then logging in
on MS Money to no avail. As soon as I click on the Sign In button it
immediately returns the "Money is unable to verify your Online sign In.
Money will now try to log you in using Work Offline sign in. Some online
..........To use these online features, please close Money and try to sign in
again later.
My laptop is connected to the internet via a T1 line at work and a cable
modem at home so I doubt that it's a latency issue. I've also added
msmoney.exe to the list of exceptions in my firewall settings.
