Yes, I just deleted all of them and re-setup from the actual ones
I downloaded. Hope this helps....

Don't accept downloaded transactions automatically (there's a setting in
options) When they show up in bold in the register, click "change" and you
should be able to match it to the scheduled bill; then accept. Then verify
that the next due date of the scheduled bill has advanced to the next one,
and if you see that it has not, "skip next occurence".

I remember that I opened this very problem with Microsoft Support more than
one year ago, with Money 2004. The incident was escalated and eventually
sent to the developers, according to the support rep. There was no feedback
from them, though I reminded once or twice that I was expecting it. Then
Money 2005 was released. I suggest you do the same, and follow up - if we
don't bug them with _real_ problems, they will continue working on better
MSN integration and integrating free (a.k.a. only $80/year) offers from
Experian.

Default Problems with Bill & Deposits

This is Money 2004 Premium.

I set up the bills and deposits. Download all the transactions
from online banking. All the bills and deposits are there,
in exactly the same names, but they do not get picked up.
The bills and deposits are always overdue. Well, sometimes
it works for one or two payees.

How can I fix this? I just have to stop using this right now....
