Sam,

I had the EXACT same problem. What you need to do is go into "Manage Online
Accounts" and turn off online service for ALL of your online accounts.

Then, one-by-one setup each account. This is where some folks have
complained about duplicates, however simply use the merge feature.

This should work--fixed mine.

If you were to post your followups as a reply on the existing thread
rather than a new thread, it would be easier for somebody to perhaps
follow your events.

Default M05 crashes

I have been having problems with synching woth my banks.
I tried the suggestion "Jeff" put out about restoring a
backup file from within the portfolio manager. Now
eachtime I try an update or check my passwords Money
crashes. It will work unless I try and check with the MSN
servers. It does not update when I launch the program
and my banks still do not synch. I reloaded money but I
still have the crashing problem.
