If you are exercising a Call that you bought and are keeping the
stock from the exercise, that stock will have a basis that is
OptionPrice+OptionCommission+StrikePrice+ExerciseC ommission. I am
not sure what Money actually achieves in that case tho.

I was trying to replicate your process and had a problem. It was not

Default Exercise an equity option

I am entering option exercise details, and Money (US
version 2004) automatically calculates something called...
"Price (incl. option costs):"
What is this??? Why isn't it equal to the strike
price??? How do I enter an exercise at the strike price
plus commissions???

Any assistance would be greatley appreciated.

Thanx,

Fashbert
