Still not resolved. I did narrow down the issue furthur however. In my case it seems to be related to Apays. If I delete the apays and turn off the downloading for the accounts then re-enable downloading everything works fine. As soon as I transmit a new APAY it begins having the problem again. And you did.> posting "errors & fixes." A LOT of folks have errors > related to 'account updates' and this is one that seems > common enough. But, just trying to help... People will find your contribution at http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search . They will enter search words into the words box, and microsoft.public.money into the Newsgroup box. And your solution is, and will continue to be, helpful.

Well, good question--however, I think it's worth posting "errors & fixes." A LOT of folks have errors related to 'account updates' and this is one that seems common enough. But, just trying to help... Clearly, Microsoft isn't posting anything on their knowledgebase; so, they have a two-fold problem: crappy software, crappy support. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > In microsoft.public.money, wiredup wrote: > > Figured it out... > > Please add to UNOFFICIAL FAQ: > But is it frequently asked? > .

Figured it out... Please add to UNOFFICIAL FAQ: to resolve tuck on "update in progress" ... 1. click on 'update now' 2. uncheck all except the very top (Microsoft money, stocks quotes, etc) 3. click update this will cause the "update in progress" to change to "update unsuccessful" You can now update the rest of your accounts. Good luck, JS - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Anyone know how to get M05 out of this? > I've deleted IE cache and \temp directories with no avail! > Thx, JS > .
