| My guess is that it is the result of them linking up with Yodlee. You might check www.yodlee.com and set up an account for you to view what they see. bs wrote: - quote - > This is unfortunate...and different from Money 2004. | Since they are linked at your financial institution they will be linked in Money. If you are going to use online updates I am not certain their is anything you can do. The one item that you might try, and I do not guarantime it will work, is log into Moneycentral using your passport. Then go to the account manager section and delete the account. My only concern is that it will delete all accounts with that financial institution and the result will be it will then delete all accounts in your local file the next time you log in. Thus if you try this, make certain you have a backup. If I were to try it, I would use a second passport. BTW - since I have a test passport account, I just ried it and got the warning message that deleting one account would delete all accounts. At least they warn you. I leave the above only as a warning to other users. Thus it appears that you have no way except having the financial institution unlink the accounts. bs wrote: - quote - > I recently upgraded to Money 2005. | I recently upgraded to Money 2005. Two "new" accounts have shown up in my list after my recent online downloads. Both accounts are from an institution where I have several linked accounts. These two accounts, however, are for my children and I do NOT want to have them in my personal Money account. I do want them in my children's Money files. I can't delete them because it will apparently delete all the accounts for this online institution (and the others I still want). If I list them as closed, will that still affect the transactions in my file? Will I be able to automatically link into them from my children's files (without reading in all of MY information). Thanks for guidance. -bs |
