| Fortunately it appears that the developers are reading this site. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not consider that a trial version is worth attempting to fix and will not let you submit. I have submitted this for Bank of America and Milestone FCU. I have also seen it on Diners Club Corporate Card. From the response that I have received from the elevated help group it is a well known problem. They suggested I turn off Yodlee downloads until it is fixed. I have a test account that I am using to monitor, but they still are broken. I guess all you can do is post the name of the financial institution here and wait. | I see how to file an icident, but the webresponse tool doesn't like the Trial VErsion serial number, so I can't continue. | That's what I'm thinking, ARt. When I do a direct download, it works fine. But when the Yodlee thing downloads it automatically, then it sees it as a withdrawal. How do i go about reporting it to MS? I'm currently in the trial version of 2005 as I didn't want to spend any money until I see if it works ok. And other than that problem, I really like everythng else that I've seen. What do I do to report it? Thanks for the help! | If your bank is supported by Yodlee and not a direct download then this problem you are experiencing is with the Money - Yodlee interface that we all are experiencing. Which bank is it? Sounds to me that you should report it to Microsoft. SteveC wrote: - quote - > Bruce, it may only be a onetime glitch. Just fix it in your account. | Bruce, it may only be a onetime glitch. Just fix it in your account. Call your bank's online services department and tell them the trouble you are having or you may be able to email them from within Money. If the problem is on their end, and it sounds like it, they will fix it. | The fact that other than that little glitch, it works very well. And if you watch your transactions, it still can be a time saver. | So, let me understand you: which part impresses you? What good is a direct download if it's not correct? It may be impressive but certainly not in a good way! | By the way, if I go to the website and download the statement directly, it works fine and shows up as a deposti. Thanks! | Hi ya'll! Sorry if this question has been asked before. I"m continuing to look through this list, but thoguht I'd ask while looking. I'm running 2005 Deluxe and so far, I'm actually impressed with it. I understand there is a lot of the featurs that I don't use, so maybe if I used EVERYTHING, then I may feel different. But I've restarted my Money file due to some small problems I had with the old one. I can actually download statements with 2005 directly from my bank website and not have to seperatly go to the websit and manually download it. It's pretty cool! My queston is related to that exact feature, however. When Money downloads a statement automatically, if it's downloaded a deposit, it sees it as a check/withrawal and issues me a warning that says what I"ve entered is not balancing and I have to go edit my split to correct it. My split is not the problem. It just sees it as a withdrawal so enters it as a new transaction. When I try to manually select the correct transaction to match it to, it still doesn't enter it right. Am I making sense? Has anyone seen anything like this? Thanks in advance! Bruce |
