| The program would not run after the trial date. I did get the thing working. I reinstalled it and on the first startup I used the new file option and used my passport login. The program then activated. It wouldn't activate if I used my existing money file first. Hope this helps. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > How did you "change the date in the computer" and when you > say the "program" stopped working do you mean the "trial > version" message? > > -----Original Message----- > > I did the restart after the message snd it still says > > trial version. | I did the restart after the message snd it still says trial version. I changed the date in the computer and the program did stop working. I think the wrong web install program must have down loaded. Any way to fix this issue. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > I just downloaded the same 2005 standard and I have the > same problem > > -----Original Message----- > > After purchasing the 2005 Standard I keep getting > > the "trial version" 90 day message. | After purchasing the 2005 Standard I keep getting the "trial version" 90 day message. Will this go away or will it give me a problem at the end of the 90 day period? I was given no activation code or anything like to disable such a message but am allowed unlimited free downloads in case of screwup. It's a minor annoyance but one that has stuck in my craw so to speak. |
