With an NTFS file system, you can set up Windows Explorer to display
the Date Accessed detail which will give you time and date. Any read
of the file will update the accessed record. Compare that to your
usage.

You will, however, have to make sure that mis.exe and mnyschdl.exe
are not accessing your file by disabling background banking and the
money schedule icon in the tray.
