The odd thing is that for some dividends, I haven't tried
to determine a pattern, the cash is simply not reflected.
That's why I was wondering if there might be a setting
within money which might not be in the "correct"
position.

Different brokers account for cash differently, some treat it as purchases
of a money market fund and others as cash. Which broker are you referring
to?

Default Dividends Not Always Reflected In Cash Account

Using Money 2004 Deluxe, I download transactions from a
broker and find that not all cash dividends are
automatically reflected in the cash account. What might
cause this? Is there some setting that I should change?
