| Thanks. I was having trouble with Arizona State Savings CU. Glad to know that I can't do anything about it. The trouble appears to be what I thought it was - going to the wrong area of the site. Hopefully it will be corrected someday. "miazma" wrote: - quote - > I changed from Quicken 2004 (a real pos). | I changed from Quicken 2004 (a real pos). File conversion was no problem -- in fact it was perfect! Only problem I had was some of the online set up, but I was able to figure it out with a little thought and trial and error. I have found two banks on the list so far that supposedly are ready for automatic money updating, but in fact are not. Arizona State Savings CU will not work -- referenced website is the home website, but not the account access website. Even if you change the site in the contact info section, when you try to set up the service Money reverts back to its default site. BestBuy.com also will not work, because their Money file download is in the *.ofc format witch 2005 does not support. I imagine they will soon switch to *.ofx, but, who knows. Otherwise I am happy with 2005. It is not nearly as convoluted as quicken and has not crashed or locked up all my memory like quicken always did! - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Is there anyone with anything good to say about this? > . |

Only a fraction of Money users with problems are coming here. You> coming to a support group. So just because most of the people here have > issues, that doesn't mean everyone is. In fact, the majority of people that > are using it probably are using it without problems. think most computer users frequent newsgroups? It's probable that most people who show up here are computer literate and willing to try whatever is necessary to get the software working. Many of them seem incapable of getting the software to work as advertised. That should tell you something. |

| Hi ... Bruce... Your premise is debatable. People who use products without problems often come to a support group to help others. Your conclusion is unsupported. It is possible that a majority of people using Money 2005 are unaware, unable, or unwilling to visit an on-line support group. | Upgrading from 2004 seems to pose some problems, as well, but not so much as MSN/Yodlee sync stuff. -- Chris Cowles, Gainesville, FL "wiredup" <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:06be01c4aacd$19c97ff0$a601280a[at]phx.gbl... - quote - > I like it a lot.
