may well be correct. I'm merely saying that if that's the reason, I'd sure
like to know what the ratio of users that were helped and hindered by this.
Whatever, I think futzing with existing categories was a very bad choice and
should have been documented in the README at the very least.

I let the ***Move*** create the new category. As soon as I enter Foodining
Out as the destination of the Move, I get the Define the subcategory dialog
to create the "new" subcategory Groceries within Food.

I didn't try to create a new category Food:Groceries.

Yes. Go to the categories page and Move Groceries to a NEW category named
Food:Groceries and move Dining Out to a NEW category named Foodining Out.
Please do this as I wrote it. Do not Move Groceries to Food thinking you
will end up with Food:Groceries. You won't. If there's any doubt you
understand these instructions, ask back or do it in a copy of your data file
first.

A decade of upgrades without mangled categories. Why M05 had to be
different, only Microsoft knows for sure.

it changed Dining Out and Groceries to seperate
categories instead of keeping them as subcategories of
