Default Re: Password

Did you have another passport login that you used? Other than checking
other Money files, or restoring a backup I don't have any other ideas.

Thanks for the tip. However, I tried opening the other
file and it treated it as a back-up file. That is, it
wanted to restore it even though the file was several
months old. I also went into Explorer and made sure that I
was accessing the most recent file by checking
the "modified" date.

Any other ideas?

Click on File and look at the files listed above the word Exit. Try the
second one on the list. It sounds like you've gotten into an incorrect file
since it says that the passport you are trying isn't even associated with
that file.

Default Password

We are currently using Monday 2003 Delux. We are unable to
log and and we get a "sign-in name you entered is not
associated with this file" error box. This makes now snese
as we have been using this password for the last six
months without issues. We did the usual things (e.g. caps
locks was off)and we even reset our password.net. Still no
luck. Any ideas?
