| Cal, I've looked in *RQ.txt log files (the logs of what is send from M to the FI), and have seen usernames and login ids, unencrypted. Haven't checked recently, though. |

| There's a way to log and look at what was downloaded. Search on here for 'Connect' and Ctrl-Shift. (Holding down Ctrl-Shift when doing Connect, produces a plain text log file of the download.) The FIs tech support should know this, MS documents it for them. One note of caution: I would not send these log files through unencrypted email, nor save them on a work computer, as there's password and account id information in there that can be used by people with malicious intentions. |

| I agree.. I'm having that same problem now with my credit union. They claim the vendor who they get the download ability from is in contact with Microsoft to resolve the issue. BUT they do say that they know it is thier issue. I agree with Vadim though, chances are it's the bank's issue not Microsoft.
