It also provides a balance record. One of the transaction records was somehow missing from the credit card company download. I have had that happen. This could be transaction(s) older than some amount, or just a screw up by the credit card company's system. )They make sure that the computers that make the actual bill don't make similar omissions!) Enter the missing transaction by hand. - quote - > What did I do wrong?
It's not something you did wrong. |

| No. The left side under downloaded shows a balance of (For Example) $920.79. The right side which is the register, shows a balance of $888.79. Quicken shows the transaction to be $32.00 which is missing in the Money register (and showing in the Quicken register). My selection under the view option is All Transactions covering all dates, Sorted by date (Increasing). The balance figure is correct in both Quicken and Money. Only the transaction itself in Money is missing. I have run both Quick File Repair and Standard File Repair but the transaction continues to remain missing. I have updated several time with the same results. Communications are successful as shown in the Call Summary Messages. | I have just converted to Money 2004 from Quicken and have the following problem: I update a Money Credit Card account. The balance on the left side of the screen is updated however; the transaction does not show on the right hand side of the screen, in the register. I Update with Quicken and the balance corresponds with the balance shown in Money 2004 but the transaction that is missing in Money shows in Quicken. The call summary states that everything was successful. Which it is, by indicating the correct balance due. But why doesn't Money 2004 download the transaction so I can accept it? What did I do wrong? Frank |
