Those are the only solutions to help issues I've read about here. You may
want to open a support case directly with Microsoft.

just tried the regsvr32 command for the xml file listed, still no change

ah, thanks, didn't see that second one, thought they were together. The
cache clearing didn't work so I'll give that one a shot.

Have you tried flushing IE cache? Have you tried re-registering the xml DLL?

Ive installed money 2004 on my PC and laptop. Whle I have no problems with
help on the pc, when I try to run it on the laptop, i get "money 2004 could
not load help. You might need to reinstall Money to view money help
topics." I tried reinstalling and uninstalling then reinstallng but no
luck. Any ideas?
