The answer to unpunctuated question #1 is yes. Nothing significant, though.
Have you done an Internet Update? That's the only way you will get the fixes
and updates.

Depending on how you "sent them so many reports of [errors]", they likely
went straight into the bit bucket. If you didn't open a support case, you
certainly aren't doing anything likely to get their attention. Based on many
years of using various versions of Money and following the newsgroup, I'm
skeptical how many of the errors you have reported are really code defects
in the product. That's not to say there aren't code defects in the
product--there certainly are--but it's to suggest that most things that get
reported here as "bugs" are only bugs in the eye of the beholder, not in the
eyes of the folks who actually fix bugs in Money.

The answer to unpunctuated question #2 is rarely and generally only for
pervasive and critical bugs. They haven't even been great about fixing bugs
from version to version like the Tax Estimator display mangling.

The answer to unpunctuated question #3 is by opening a support case directly
with Microsoft. See http://support.microsoft.com for more information. You
might also be able to get some help from your fellow user here, but you'll
have to work a little harder helping us help you.

The answer to unpunctuated question #4 is that we might have some
suggestions, but "seems to be going bad on me" gives us absolutely no clue
