Default Credit Card Accounts

I know there is a manual out there I think one of the
Dummies series....but it seemed like a waste of money to
me. It really has basic info in it that I already figured
out just by playing in the program....I learned most of it
by trial and error.....PLUS of course the board here and
the unofficial site. I gained a lot of useful info by
reading any and all the posts here whether they seem to
pertain to me or not. Sometimes they spark a "I wonder if
I tried this if this would happen scenario" and it works.

I am using Money 2004 Deluxe, you can solve this ..once
you have your debts moved up in to the debt plan, click on
the debt then hit the edit debt info. Even though it
doesn't give you a square box to fill in by minimun
payment it will bring up a "side screen" to let you edit
that amount.

For useful manuals, try the resources listed here,

http://umpmfaq.info/faq.html#Q22

Maybe someone else can provide some insights into the DRP, ... I use it
but only to make scheduled bills reflect the actual amount I owe each month.

Default Credit Card Accounts

Hi,

I am trying to set-up a debt reduction planner..ughh!

Maybe someone can help me understand a couple of things.
First I entered all of my credit cards as credit accounts,
when I go into the account set-up and specify the interst
rate and current balance it always sets the minimum
payment to 0. Why?

This seems to be affecting my budget, it thinks that if I
make a payment of $50 then the account balance decreases
by $50. I need to figure out how money calculates the
minimum payment on a credit account and then the affect of
paying an additional $X sum of money.

Thanks in advance..

Also, does anyone know of any useful manuals for this
program.
