Your post is too vague to try and diagnose exactly what's wrong.

But, here are some starting points:

Go here http://www.microsoft.com/money/partner/tools.asp#ofxdoc and:
- look at OFX_Error_Messages.doc, see if the error you get is in that
document.
- Try the method on p. 4 of TroubleshootingOFX.doc, CTRL+SHIFT under the
Logging Calls section. Then look in the log files to see if anything
stands out.
