| Chris, Do you currently have a .NET Passport? Once you login to Money with your .NET Passport with the radio button checked for "Use Money's online features", go to the promotional link within Money again for Bill Pay and try the process again. Sorry you're having so much trouble, but give this a try and post back with your results. Thanks. | JB - Oh, so you're saying it's normal that the page I come to when I click on the link in MS Money doesn't mention the free months that you get when signing up from Money, BUT that once I enroll it should detect that I accessed the link from Money and should get the special offer? I guess I would have thought that the link from Money would have dropped me on a different splash page that indicated the discount that I was supposed to receive. Instead, I see this copy: Premium: Pay anyone you currently write a check to for only $5.95 a month. Make up to 15 payments or funds transfers. Try it FREE for 3 months.* Standard: Pay anyone you currently write a check to for only $2.95 a month. Make up to 5 payments or funds transfers. Try it FREE for 3 months.** And when I click on the "Sign Up With MSN Bill Pay", the first step of the sign up process also says: Premium Planš..............................Free for 3 months, then only $5.95 per month* Pay anyone with a U.S. mailing address, from your phone company to your babysitter, and transfer money between any of your checking, savings, and brokerage accounts so you have money where you need it, when you need it. Make up to 15 transactions per month! So, I don't know what I'm missing here ![]() Thanks, Chris - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Chris, > I agree the KB article could have gone a bit further; once you get to > the signup page you need to either enroll if you're new or sign-in if > you're already enrolled. | Chris, I agree the KB article could have gone a bit further; once you get to the signup page you need to either enroll if you're new or sign-in if you're already enrolled. They don't mention the offer until after your signed-in(up). Try again; you're almost there! | What you cite below is exactly what I did, but I still come to a page that tells me my "offer" is just three free months rather than the 24 I was promised! | I did access the signup page according the instructions in the link you sent - unfortunately, the page I land on seems to be the standard sign up page. There's no mention of the free period other than the standard 3 month initial offer. This is very frustrating - and when I click on the help screen at the bottom of the MSN Bill Pay sign up screen it tells me to go to the "Messages" page to contact customer support, but when I do this I land back on the exact same sign up page! Not what I would have expected from Microsoft. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Chris, > Please see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx? scid=kb;en-us;838716 > Regards, > JB > "Chris" <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:<cbce01c48a5c$b0161cc0$a401280a[at]phx.gbl> ... > > I am trying to sign up for Bill Pay from MS Money Small > > Business 2004, but when I access the signup page from the > > app it just says that I will get three months free and > > then it's 5.95/month. | I am trying to sign up for Bill Pay from MS Money Small Business 2004, but when I access the signup page from the app it just says that I will get three months free and then it's 5.95/month. I thought I was supposed to get 24 months free - that's one of the main reasons I went with MS Money over Quicken! |
