| I saw something like this once, where i didn't see a duplicate in bills/deposits. However, i tried various sorts in the bills/deposits and somehow i saw it displayed twice. Deletion of the duplicate (actually, i think i deleted both and recreated one) bill sorted it out. Bit of a long shot - i've not heard of anyone else seeing this work like this. -- Glyn Simpson, Microsoft MVP - Money http://money.mvps.org Check http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny or http://money.mvps.org/faq for UK tips and fixes for MS Money. | I am having this problem as well. I have a number of scheduled bills and deposits that are showing up twice in my Cashflow Forecast. The duplicate entry has no icon to its left, indicating that it is a scheduled bill and I cannot edit or delete it. I tried your advice below but it didn't seem to make any difference. | I don't recall the initial thread so I have no clue if this is relevant. I see one element of my scheduled weekly paycheck, a transfer on the last line of the last tab, show up in FCF on the receiving account side as many six times per scheduled item. If I edit the scheduled item, retype the transfer amount, and re-enter the scheduled item, it magically returns to one per in the forecast cashflow. It was this way in M03. And M04. And M05. I deleted it and rescheduled it and it stayed right for a long time. The next time I edited the scheduled item, it started misbehaving again. So, every week I enter the transaction and then do the "do nothing" edit on it. | Charles, My experience with the same issue has shown that if you sort your Bills and Deposits on a different column (e.g. Payee instead of Date) the duplicate entries show up. You may have to try different column sorts, but I've always found them. Once you do, I suggest deleting all instances of the duplicated entry and manually reentering (don't add from a past register entry). Good Luck! | I'm seeing some duplicate bills showing up in the cash flow forecast that I can't seem to remove (which completely skews the forecast). They're on the same day and in some cases, they are for values I used to have set up in the bills section but have since changed. I've checked the bill schedule and they are not listed twice. In addition, I've removed all accounts from the debt reduction plan and removed those bills as well. But nothing seems to work. Any ideas? I've tried both a Quick and Level 2 repair on the file to no avail. Regards, Charles |
