With M2003 and up the ability to do on-line updates times out. Check your
EULA as it varies depending on the exact version. It can be 12 months after
first installation date.

recover "expired services" was to do a Money Internet
Update and the restart the program.

I did that and still have no ability to update stock
prices automatically. I am open to other suggestions.
