| I had the same question and the good folks on this forum told me how to back up to a USB flash drive, when you back up with that chip in the usb port money gives you the back up pop up you always got but it has that drive as an option like the floppy. just click on it and your done. Really makes back up pain free. Bob "Suzi V" <anonymous[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:b93001c48952$47501250$a501280a[at]phx.gbl... - quote - > Thank you. | Have you looked at the backup to hard disk listing? If you have DirectCD it should be there. See also http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=51 for more info. | Thank you. What i'd like to do is have Money back-up directly to a CD and not to a floppy. My version of Money doesn't give me an opportunity to point to my E drive, only A (floppy). I could always use Direct CD but I'd prefer to have it done automatically. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Only if packet writing software, such as Direct CD, makes the CD appear to > be a regular read-write file system. | Only if packet writing software, such as Direct CD, makes the CD appear to be a regular read-write file system. Can Notepad save a file to your CD? If so, Money should work too. But Money does nothing to prevent you from burning your data file to CD just like you burn any other data file.
