| Hello John, I've been having very much the same problem as you. In case you haven't seen it, there is a page on Microsoft's knowledge base that gives you several potential resolutions for the problem. Having said that, it didn't help me, but I hope it helps you! The page is: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=329840 I'm sending a copy of this directly to your hotmail address. Good luck John! Best regards. | Below is the inquiry on which I tried to get help from Microsoft Help. Wasn't able to do so I'm trying here. J. Witt -------------------------- I have been using MSN Money Plus on the web with the site's Investing/Portfolio Manager to record my stock transactions and maintain all of my investment data up to date. In addition, I use Microsoft Money 2004 to manage my banking and other financial tasks, and also pay bills with MSN Bill Pay. Just recently, with my Microsoft Money 2004 program, I have been attempting to to access and synchronize my MSN Money Central/Portfolio information to import my investment information into Microsoft Money's Investment section so that I can see and work with investments using either Microsoft Money or MSN Money Plus/Portfoio. Each time I try to synchronize, things seem to be going ok until suddenly I receive a message: "An unexpected error has occurred. Your data is not being synchronized with MSN Money on the Web." One of your technical support people told me that this has been an ongoing issue; however, there is a program upgrade or fix that can be downloaded by going into your MSN BillPay site. To do this, I need my Security Key which I have forgotten (it's already encoded in my BillPay setup script, but I haven't been able to retrieve it). I hope you can help me on this. I can be contacted by email or chat at the above address or by phone at 707-967- 8046. Thank you for your attention to this problem. |
