My downloaded transactions won't appear in the register. Help.

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles. You might want to decrease
the size of the Tools-> InternetOptions-> Settings Amount of disk
space to use to perhaps 50MB with dialup or 20 MB with broadband.

Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Download your statement again.

You might want to contact Microsoft directly if the above does not

This is a problem that keeps repeating itself...
I click on Internet Updates which downloads bank
transactions into Money. The new transactions appear in
the account list (the number of downloaded transactions).
However, when I go to the register, I see NO new
transactions. ON the left I see the number of "supposedly"
downloaded new transactions, but none show up.

Has anyone has this happen?

I have run salv.exe. This does not fix the problem.

I have to keep going back to backups and retyping entries
to create a new file. Then a couple of weeks later, it
happens again.

I need a permanent fix. Please help.
