Most functions do not require you to be online (for example, using the
Accounts, Cash Flow, Reports, Debt, Budget and Lifetime planners). There
may be some areas which do require online access, such as getting investment
advice or reading news, investment alerts & articles.

If you own Money 2003, you can see which items are online only by "mousing
over" a link. You'll get a globe pointer for internet content and a
butterfly icon for MSN internet content.
