| I hope not. The UK banks tend to provide one or the other (OFX), and dropping QIF import would cut off a good proportion of them which wouldn't be great for MS Money in the UK. -- Glyn Simpson, Microsoft MVP - Money Check http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny for UK tips and fixes for MS Money. So, just wondering if Microsoft is still going to support it. |

I don't have information on mnyimprt.exe beyond that. |

| Hi, Can you please help me in arriving at some technical solution for my requirement. My requirement is to convert transaction history data available to me in XML format into a format which can be directly opened into Money. Please note that I need to do all this transaformation at runtime. Following are the approaches which I'm thinking of, though I'm not sure how feasible are they(if at all they are possible): Approach 1 : Convert my XML data into Mny format at the runtime and then open that into Money or save that file so that I can later open it using Money. If I want to follow this approach I don't know the format of .MNY. Is there any documentation available that tells about the format of MNY. Though I got the documentation that tells about the format of QIF (http://www.intuit.com/support/quicke.../win/1178.html) but I couldn't get any documents that speaks about the format of MNY or any other format that can be directly opened into Quicken\Money. If this approach is possible and anybody has worked on it then please provide some information on it. Approach 2 : Convert my XML data into QIF format then import it into Money. Since I have to do all this at runtime so I would need the APIs of Money (if they are published) using which we can import that file into Money through programming. Is there any document published on their API's. Thanks & Reagrds Milan |
