Default Re: Downgrading from Premium to Deluxe

I didn't have any problem downgrading 2003 home and business to 2004 deluxe,
for what that is worth.

I'm not sure anybody here will know definitely about an M04-> M05 upgrade
with a Premium-> Deluxe sidegrade. In general, Premium adds nothing to Deluxe
besides bolt-on features or just extra packages. I'm betting the data files
are no different. I'm prepared to be corrected, however.

Default Downgrading from Premium to Deluxe

I currently use Microsoft Money 2004 Premium and am planning to purchase
Money 2005 Deluxe.
Is this possible to do, I know you can easily upgrade, but can you
downgrade?
I remember I had problems when I switched from Money Business to Premium, I
said that my money file was a Money Business file and that I need to use
Business 2004 rather than Premium 2004. Will I have to same problem going
from Premium to Deluxe?
The reason for the downgrade is I feel Deluxe has everything I need, and
Premium is a whole lot of useless extras that I don't need. Save Money $$$

Thanks
