It's just like Glyn says, just click on the "Account" heading and your
"Bills and Deposits" will be sorted by account [click again it will
reverse alphabetically].

I suggest trying all the columns this way. However, I also suggest
you click on the date column when you're done since this is usually
the most desired "sort".

account order in M04. (You neglect to mention the version you are using.
This is almost always relevant information when posting to the NG.) You
cannot filter the view for just one account, however.
