| Sue, As Cal correctly pointed out you can just enter the "one-time" transactions in your account register as they occur....OR: Even though MS Money calls a scheduled bill recurring, you can still set up one-time bills under Bills and Deposits and choose "Only Once" when setting the frequency. Of course the only value of doing one-time transactions this way is if you're aware of the transaction far enough in advance and want to keep as accurate a picture of your future cash flow as possible. Otherwise, just enter as you go! | I have Money 2003 Deluxe & Business. I have a small at- home retail business and buy products to sell from various vendors. How do I show that I've paid a bill for the products I've purchased? My only choice is a recurring bill, which this isn't. How do I show that I've paid for office supplies or equipment? These aren't recurring bills either. The "help" feature on Money rarely answers any of my questions, the booklet that came with my software had very little info., mostly just ads for various products and services. I've been looking for a how-to book, but have only found ones that covered Money, but not the Business portion. Has any else had any better luck? |
