| Wow... glad to hear I'm not the only one. My guess is that if it were an XP issue, I'd be seeing it with other applications. My guess is that it has something to do with my file backing up... perhaps the process copying the file extends past the Money exit and then doesn't clean itself up properly. Anyway, thanks for the replies... maybe it'll be gone in Money 2005. | I see it regularly -- I assume it's a video problem on my box, but that's just a guess on my part. -- Michael Gordon MVP "Ken" <kcoakley[at]macomberreports.com> wrote in message news:6dKdnSpGq7hA4YfcRVn-hw[at]speakeasy.net... - quote - > This is such a small annoyance that I debated even posting here, but I'm > curious to know if anyone else experiences this. | I've seen it. I don't think it's a Money issue because i've seen it with other programs (eg outlook express), but I could be wrong. It's no longer in the task manager list of programs running, so my hunch is it's something to do with Windows XP -- Glyn Simpson, Microsoft MVP - Money Check http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny for UK tips and fixes for MS Money. | This is such a small annoyance that I debated even posting here, but I'm curious to know if anyone else experiences this. I've seen this behavior with Money 2003 and 2004 in Windows XP on 2 different computers: About 50% of the time that I exit Money, the Money program remains in the Windows taskbar even after the program has closed. When this occurs, it will remain there unless I click on it, at which point it just disappears. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks! Ken |
