In addition to Cal's point, ML has a quirky way of dealing with the cash
side of an investment account. Did you read the instructions on ML's site
for Money?

I just downloaded data from Merrill Lynch into my account
in money. I just opened the account in Money with balance
$0.00. When I finish downloading the data into my account
in Money there is a difference between the balance in
Money and the balance in Merrill Lynch institution.

Any thoughts about it? Thanks for any clue with this
