No. Backup files normally works fine that way.

Copying the regular Money file seems simpler to me, but if you would
rather do it another way, have at it.

No. The backup should restore then upgrade. But it seems more problematic
based on reports here.

Copy the *.mny file only-- usually into the My Documents folder.

CDR, network, and USB flash drive are all good media for this. You
might have to change the file attributes to writable if you use the
CDR. The USB flash drive would be my preference if they are all
available to you.

Default Using Money on a new PC

Got a new PC with Money pre-installed. I already am using
Money 2003 on an older PC. I want to copy my data from
the old pc to the new PC and use the newer version of
Money. How is this done?
