Default Re: Merging old archive file with current file

Since the archive is simply a copy of the file at the point you archived,
why not go back and use the archive file as your 'real' file? If you
haven't updated too much, this may be an option for you that wouldn't be too
painful.

Default Merging old archive file with current file

Yesterday I put last years info into an archive file
(Money 2003 archive file) thinking I would no longer need
in my current money file since its been 7 months gone by
and not needed. Well guess what I need to go back and
update something from 2003. Is there any way I can bring
that 2003 archive file back into my working file again?
Can't find anything in help menu except make sure you no
longer need to edit info before archiving because very
difficult to merge files once archived. But it doesn't
tell you anywhere where to do this if you screw up and do
need to merge it back together. I am using Money 2004
version. HELP!
