You might watch for a tendency for this to happen at a given time of day or week, and avoid those times when your bank's computers are in flux. You could do a File-> Restore if you have a current backup; that should have the remembered password. Then try access later. There may be a different cause in your case, but this would be the possibility that came to mind. |

| I have set up Update Accounts on Money 2004 Deluxe. At times, the account for my bank is unchecked and the password removed. I have to recheck the bank and re- enter the password to get the bank's information to download. Does anyone have a clue why Money would be unchecking the box and wiping out my password? Thank you. |
