So you did these: In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles. Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair. I would try those two *again* anyway. If still no joy, right-click on the account list where it says you have transactions to read. Manually enter any missing transactions. Let's hope things behave with your downloads thereafter. |

| I am having the same problem. Just got a new Compaq PC and loaded MS2004. That's when it started. Have tried everything suggested on this thread. Also, HP sent me to MS and MS won't help because the money is OEM. Is there no cure? | Thanks for your reply, Fred. This fix does not work for me, however. - quote - > -----Original Message----- > I've had this problem 2 times now and finally found a fix. > 1. Close Money > 2. This problem exists for ALL online accounts. If I follow> Export the > problem account as QIF. Delete the account. | I've had this problem 2 times now and finally found a fix. 1. Close Money 2. Delete Temporary Internet Files 3. Start-> Run msmoney -s 4. Transactions now show up - quote - > -----Original Message----- > Tried all of the above, as well as re-installing the > application in a different location. No change in > behavior. Hold on to your backups. Make an extra copy of your .mny file with a> somehow "beyond repair." different name. Then try File-> RepairMoneyFile-> StandardFileRepair. One thing that can be done in tough cases is to File-> Export the problem account as QIF. Delete the account. Create a new account, and import the QIF into the new account as a new or recovered account. - quote - > > -----Original Message----- > > In microsoft.public.money, Tom Boettcher wrote: > > > > After downloading online statements, Microsoft Money > > > indicates that there are transactions to be reviewed > (and > > > there are). | Tried all of the above, as well as re-installing the application in a different location. No change in behavior. I'm concerned that my data file is somehow "beyond repair." - quote - > -----Original Message----- > In microsoft.public.money, Tom Boettcher wrote: > > After downloading online statements, Microsoft Money > > indicates that there are transactions to be reviewed (and > > there are). | I'm having the same problem (never had this problem before)...I deleted the transaction statement as suggested below as well as wiping my cookies, temp files, etc. and when I connect again to download my statements the same problem occurs... Any ideas? Is this an error from a recent Microsoft Money Update that is hiding downloaded transactions from view??? | After downloading online statements, Microsoft Money indicates that there are transactions to be reviewed (and there are). However, the transactions are not visible in the account register, and cannot be accepted or changed. In every other way, Money seems to be functioning properly. I've tried all of the suggested fixes in the knowledge database, but with no success. |
