You might try this in IE6:
Tools-> InternetOptions-> TrustedSites-> Sites. Uncheck the Require...
box. Enter sync.money.msn.com into the "Add this Web site into the
zone" box.

Then reload that first page. Then click the "Money Key Wizard" link.

Still that "flashes the screen" thing?
