I could slap MVP beside my name cause I know the product and have posted a few times but I wouldn't cause I don't think I deserve such a title as others are more deserving. Dick Watson should be considered the Uber-MVP (along with Cal and a few others) thanks to his countless posting and upkeep of the Unofficial Money FAQ but he doesn't advertise this fact. If you get countless emails from people seeking help, encourage them to post on this newsgroup and you can reply to them here so that the masses can benefit from your knowledge. Then possibly the title of MVP can be used judiciously by yourself. I don't think they are threatened by self-proclaimed MVPs, it's just there is a heirarchal structure in place that seems to be working very well. I don't think posting a few times a year is deserving of MVP status and many times people give out the wrong advice. MVPs are here to point us in the right direction and have done so for some time and they do so with countless hours of their time. Being an MVP is a privelage that is rightly bestowed upon those who deserve it. There is nothing wrong with that. They can't count the emails I've received that aren't poste here.
