This is the best free screener I know of, don't know if it will meet your
needs.

Default Developing Lists of Bond Candidates

Is there a site that would let me search for corporate bonds that meet these
criteria:

- Bond and corporation behind it are A rated

- Corporation behind bond trades as a public company

- Bond comes due for principal and final coupon payment within 12 months

I'm willing to pay for this on a subscription basis if the site is
commercial, and I would need to update the list weekly.
