Default FROM THE MODERATORS: Lengthy posts

Regular participants on this newsgroup know that lengthy posts are not
encouraged. (We informally define "lengthy post" as one with more
than a few paragraphs of new material or more than a few lines of
previously posted, untrimmed material.)

Upon receipt of such posts my usual action is to forward them to
Co-Moderator Ed Zollars for his review. For those who don't know Ed,
he doesn't have spare time; in fact, I have read comments elsewhere
where Ed's email address was referred to as the "black hole of the
internet". <grin
Posters who wish to comment extensively should consider sending it
instead to FAQ editor Tad Borek's attention mifp_faq at pacbell dot
net for possible inclusion in the under-construction FAQ.

Thank you.

As usual, please do not respond to this message. Opinions can be
expressed to the Moderators at their email addresses shown in the
weekly post, "Posting to misc.invest.financial-plan".
