If you're married, your spouse could.

But the IRA limit is the IRA limit. If you add money to both a
Traditional and Roth IRA, you can't exceed the annual contribution limit
for the two combined.

No. Total IRA contributions can't exceed $6000 for you. You said you
maxed out the Roth. You're done.

I'm 59 y/o and have a pension plan at work, maxed out 401K and
Roth IRA contributions, AGI <80K. I'm retiring and this could be my
last year of earned income. Can I fund a non-deductable IRA for $6000
or more?
