Default 529 college savings multiple contributors

seems when i set this up that other people could easily contribute to
it. ie log in and ad funds. but they wouldn't have admin/withdrawal. is
this true? i can't find anything on it. i wanted my mother and sister
to contribute to my niece's account.

if that does not work then what? they send me a check, i deposit it.

thanks
