Default Re: Fed Increase Priced In?

Hi,

I should have been more specific.

Futures traders price in the next Fed move via FedFund and/or
Eurodollar futures.

Just curious to see, mathmatically, how this is done. I'll check out
your link.

Thanks,

Dave

The Fed doesn't price in anything. The market gives probabilities of Fed
actions through Fed funds futures. See www.hussmanfunds.com/rsi/fedprob.htm
for calculating the probability.

Default Fed Increase Priced In?

Hello,

Can someone out there show me how you can tell that the Fed has or has
not priced in its next rate move via the FedFund or Euro Dollar
futures?

I'm looking for the exact math equations.

Thanks very much.

Dave
