| So I'm thinking about breaking down and expanding my investments beyond stocks into REITs. Does anyone have good a good resource (book/website/whatever) describing how to read REIT financials? I'm looking at some that I'm interested in and if they were stocks I'd steer way clear. But I'm guessing that I should expect to see differences from stocks in how capital is used and how cash flows, well, flow. So I'm not sure that the "bad" things I see are actually bad in a REIT context. I guess maybe something like a "REITs for Dummies" is where I should start? Thoughts? -Will |
