How do I get in touch with Major Major? He needs to know what is
happening with his firm.

It sounds more like you were trying to get an appointment with Major
Major. Or that Joseph Heller now run MS.

Default When is an invitation NOT an invitation...

When it comes from Morgan Stanley.

I received an invitation to a Morgan Stanley dinner, and when RSVP'd
they withdrew their invitation.

The FA asked me if I was going to buy an investment sight-unseen and I
said no, I guess I failed the stupidity test.

Has anyone else had an invitation withdrawn?

I complained to their Customer Advocate Dept. (which is no advocate of
customers they finally wrote me a letter a month later, stating that
they had every right to qualify invitees AFTER sending the invitation,
and that an invitation was not binding at all.

After all this nonsense, I received another envelope from MS with
another BS invitation to the same restaurant from the same FA's at a new
date.

Thank god that I don't have an investment account with them, does Morgan
Stanley know what they are doing? I don't*think so!

I have paid particular attention to the many financial calls and mail
that I get each day, and all the Morgan Stanley guys are real
friendly----UNTIL you say NO, and you find out how lucky you are that
you didn't invest your hard earned money with them.

Anyone who talks to customers at MS, can and won't do anything for
customers. Any executive who can do things for customers will never
speak to customers.

E-mail me direct for more details.
