I have written a 10 pay plan with Lincoln Benefit Life in the past.
Have not written any in the last 4 years though. Try them

I've done a little research on long term care insurance. I am looking
for names of companies who offer "ten pay plans."

I did speak with a Metlife representative and went over some of their
plans briefly and didn't like what I heard.
