Ah, I see, that makes sense, thanks.

No retail Fidelity funds have 12b-1 expenses.

The Advantage class applies to a few Fidelity index funds. The funds
are identical to their Investor Class counterparts except that the
minimum investment is $100,000 and the expense ratio is a few basis
points lower. For example, on the S&P 500 index fund, the Investor
Class has an expense ratio of 0.10%, while the Advantage Class is
0.07%.

They may have different availability and fee structure. For example see
if one or the other is closed or has 12b-1 or different expense ratio
(which can affect overall return).

Default Fidelity Advantage vs Investor Class

I was looking at Fidelity mutual funds, and in a lot of cases it
appears that you can get the same fund in an Advantage or Investor
class. But what is the difference, anyone know?
